Type
Type 1 - Rose of O's
Type 2
To start, I began typing capitals of different letters from different fonts all in the same line so that I could look at them in comparison and choose the ones I found suitable or inspiring. In general I prefer serif typefaces for their decorative quality, but I found the san-serif typefaces to be more versatile and useful when used to create other forms. I chose the M and H for their symmetrical qualities; and the T as in type 2 for it’s particular shape. Most of the letters were rasterized in order to allow for more creative options.
Type 3
My favorite is Type 4. I like its simplicity and the effect of standing on a reflective surface
.
Type 4
Type 5
